Who We Are

The Rockets – since 1996

The Rockets are a women's touch football team that has been together since 1996. They are members of the Touch Football Ontario and the Toronto Touch Football League’s. Our members range in ages from 22 to 42 years and are Law enforcement professionals, teachers, computer specialists and so much more.

The Rocket's host an Annual tournament which brings over 500 people to the Unionville area during the second weekend of August and have also been chosen to host the 2006 Provincial Championships on Labour Day weekend.

The Rockets have won Provincial and National titles at every level and in October 2005 the Rockets were crowned Elite National Champions in touch Football. They will be travelling to Winnipeg to defend that title in October 2006. They are viewed by the touch football community as one of the main promoters of the sport of touch football in Ontario.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT

to help the team with its operating expenses and the additional expenses to travelling to Winnipeg to defend its National Championship. In return, we offer the opportunity to display sponsors logos on the team website and prominently on team attire worn at tournaments throughout southern Ontario. A taxable receipt is also issued to any sponsors for the full amount of their sponsorship
