The first step in the Toronto Rockets journey. The goal is to create positive first experiences by introducing fun, movement skills, coordination, and more.
GRASSROOTS

At this stage, players develop their passion for soccer by learning ball mastery, passing, receiving, 1v1 skills, decision making, technical creativity, and more.
COMPETITIVE
➤ U13-U18
When ready for an increased challenge to compete at the highest levels, players will acquire tactical understanding, leadership, permormance preparation, and more.
